This recent election, which will place Yag-Howard in office until 2025, stems from her overwhelming presence in the field of dermatology. She is a well-respected affiliate clinical professor at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, an editorial board member of both the Journal of American Academy of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, as well as an accomplished speaker and mentor. She is also the current President of the Florida Academy of Dermatology and member of the board of Noah Worcester Dermatological Society. Through her expertise in the field, Yag-Howard has had a constant mission throughout the years – to improve the lives of dermatology patients.
