An Open Letter from Dr. Cyndi

As many of you already know, my husband, Corey Howard, MD, FACP, AAFRM, FMNM--a health and wellness expert*--and I work closely together to help our patients achieve their health and longevity goals. Not surprisingly, my focus is primarily on topical and procedure-based skincare. Yet, the addition of oral supplementation and hormone regulation, which my husband specializes in, helps optimize overall health, including skin health.
Based on science, research, and clinical data, we outline below a succinct and sensible approach to a healthy skincare plan that doesn't overwhelm you with topical or oral supplements. Instead, it focuses on what is proven, meaningful, and synergistic. Please use this information as a guide, and know that I am always happy to discuss it with you in person or over the phone.
